Shipping, Delivery and Returns

Christmas Delivery

The last order date for guaranteed Christmas delivery is Tuesday 19th December.

Any orders placed after this date will be despatched as soon as possible but we cannot gurantee they will arrive before Christmas.



Delivery is free* on orders over £150.

Orders under £150 will be charged £6.95 for delivery.

We aim to despatch all our orders within 5 working days after your order has been placed, depending on the carrier, and aim to make this sooner. Our carriers do not collect orders from us on weekends and Bank Holidays so please take this into account when placing your order.

Small Parcel Delivery

Small parcels will be delivered by Royal Mail or Parcelforce. We aim to despatch our small parcels on the next working day but cannot always guarantee this.

Tracking information will be available upon the order being despatched.


Garden Furniture and Bulky Item Delivery

Garden furniture and larger items such as large barbecues, will be delivered to you by a 2-man delivery service to your location of choice. Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery to take place.


Delivery Instructions

It is important that we are aware of any difficulties in delivering to your address, such as narrow roads or difficult access, in case our carriers are unable to reach your property or complete your delivery.

Booking a Delivery

Our 2-man delivery courier will contact you via SMS advising delivery date confirmation with options to change the delivery date if inconvenient.

The day before your scheduled delivery the courier will send an SMS with a 3-hour delivery window.

On the day of the scheduled delivery, the 2-man delivery crew will contact you approximately 30-60 minutes before they arrive.

If you change your mind, you can return items to us within 14 days of receipt and receive a refund. Delivery charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund value.

For an item to be accepted for refund it must be returned to us in its original packaging and in good, resaleable condition. Unless an item is damaged, faulty or misdescribed, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping to return the item. If you wish to return an item, please email us at [email protected] with your full name, order number and detail of the item you are wishing to return.

We recommend using a tracked courier service and purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.

Once we have received your returned item your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

If you wish to return an item that was delivered by 2-man delivery it must be returned via our nominated carrier at your expense. Please contact us to arrange collection, the cost of the return will be deducted from your refund. If the item is damaged, faulty or misdescribed, we will not charge for the cost of returning the item.


Damaged or faulty items

If an item is received faulty, damaged or misdescribed please email [email protected] within 3 days of delivery. Please provide your order number, details of the problem and any pictures of the item that may help explain the problem. If the item requires returning or exchanging, we will cover the cost of the return.
